Specialization-cell biology and immunology. His work is aimed at monitoring of immunological parameters of host immune responses directed against intracellular bacterial pathogens. Furthermore, he is specialist in construction of in vitro and in vivo infectious models and he also works in the area of modulation of intercellular interactions of infected cells. Responsible person for postgraduate study in microbiology.

Specialization-immunology. He is well-experienced in the techniques of flow cytometry, especially, in the application focused on cell immunophenotyping and intracellular measurement of cytokines. Responsible person for postgraduate study in immunology.

Specialization-cell biology. The field of his interests involves PCR techniques and special microscopy (fluorescence microscopy and time-lapse videomicroscopy)

Specialization-infectious diseases - microbiology. He is engaged in clinical monitoring of patients and in isolation of wild bacterial strains.

Specialization-molecular biology and hybridoma technology. He takes an interest in regulation of cell cycle and intracellular cell signaling. Furthermore, he is an expert in the preparation of monoclonal antibodies and production of recombinant proteins.

Specialization-cell biology. He has been performing routinely different techniques aimed at apoptosis detection (flow cytometry, Annexin-V, DNA content, M30, BrdUrd, TUNEL, MTT cell death assay)

Specialization-toxicology - molecular biology. He is concentrated on the analysis of DNA damage and regulation of gene transcription.

Specialization-molecular biology. He will run PCR and RT-PCR techniques and, furthermore, he will study the modulation of gene expression using cDNA arrays.

Specialization-pathology, histology and radiobiology. He perform histological, histochemical and immunohistochemical analysis of tissues collected from infected model animals.

Specialization-cell biology. He is engaged in the isolation of cellular organelles.

Specialization-analytical chemistry. She leads mass spectrometry lab.

Specialization-physical chemistry. The field of her study encompasses induction of immune response in lung after inhalation of bacterial aerosols.

Specialization-infectious diseases, microbiology. Her duties include clinical monitoring of patients, isolation of wild bacterial strains and preparation of clinical samples for laboratory analyses. She is Post-Doctoral Fellow in microbiology.

Specialization-molecular biology. She will be engaged in preparation of bacterial mutants harboring selectively deleted genes.

Specialization-biochemistry. He will be oriented to separation of bacterial proteins using electrophoretic and chromatographic techniques. Furthermore, he will perform structural analyses of selected proteins using LC-ESI MS/MS approach. He is PhD student in biochemistry.
